Decades of experience in information systems management, systems analysis and specification, project leadership and the implementation of cross-organizational processes. The work has consistently focused on connecting management, users, vendors and technology — with a broad business perspective, not only a technical one.

Experience includes logistics and financial systems, retail and distribution, Web systems, BI, DW, OLAP, EDI, field and mobile systems, PUDO, Priority and specialized business applications.

A major part of the work is vendor and outsourcing management: defining requirements, negotiating, evaluating alternatives, monitoring service and costs, and aligning suppliers with the organization's real needs — with the goal of reducing costs and improving service levels.
